Default Samsung 3110

Afternoon all,

Been looking into various boxes as I'm getting VM next month. I was initially sold by the Eurovox EX7000 HD as i want HD and PVR functions. But having researched it, no twin tuner is a real downer.

Basically has anyone got any links or tutorials on the Samsung 3110?

I've done a search and nothing comes up??

The Samsung seems pretty good, 3 tuners and HD ready!

Cheers in advance...

I suppose it would be the same as the other V+.... paired card required, unloop, get BK, program a MOSC image and you're away. I've read that you need a specific image for these boxes though as they freeze up with certain ones.

Hi thanks for the response. I haven't really looked into what you have mentioned above as flashing the EX7000 is pretty straight forward. Don't suppose you have any links to good tuts?

Cheers...

I can't provide live links as they are not allowed but if you look under Private FTA>Some Download Links>Other Cable TV>MOSC>V+ Application. That will tell you the basics to modding a box (I know it states the V+ mainly but the same applies for other boxes - i.e. unlooping, programming etc).

Cheers for that. Couldn't see a V+ application? What date and size is the file?

Cheers again...

Found the info on the V+

Will this be applicable for this particular box ( Samsung 3110 ) though? Has anyone had experience with using this particular box? Anyone know where to find a specific image?

I've done a search an nothing of use seems to come up.

Cheers
