We have the Technomate 3150D connected to a Technomate Vbox II which is then connected to the motorised dish.
The dish moves by using the vbox II remote, but when we try to use the reciever's remote to setup the satellites the dish does not move. I have double checked and all the wire connections are correct. What are we doing wrong? |

Actually the reciver remote does move the dish if I move manually, however when I choose "Go to position" under motorised setup the dish does not move.
Can someone give me some pointers on how I should go about setting this reciever up. |

I'm thinking we should just reset both the reciever and vbox and start again.
The reciever manual came preinstalled with 25 satellites and over 1500 default channels. By doing a factory rest, it will delete all these satellites and channels! How can I get them back afterwards? |
