hia chaps im completey new to this world of star view, i have a box running on freeview, but the epg is an hour behind? and for some reason on some channels i have a audio description! but cannot find how to switch it off? and how do i check what firmware i am running???

press the audio button then press down one

press menu down to user setup across to time setup press ok down to gmt press then press right twice then exit

press menu down to system setup press right then down to system information press ok

hope this helps and are you trying to test me

thanks for that martin,on the audio thing do you mean when i press audio i get

do i select the bottom setting?
