Diablo cam and canal+ Sweden card

Can anyone tell me the cam settings to get this card to update in diablo cam. Got the card about a month ago and it activated ok in my tm6800 but it has not received it's monthly update. I have left it in the cam for about three hours and it has not updated, do I need to leave it overnight? Or do I need an official technisat conax cam? it is in chip side facing upwards

So you're wanting canal+ from this card? The only provider you can now get is Digi TV

I think he is stating that he has an official Canal+ Sweden card and is using the Diablo Cam as a card reader.
Are you still using the TM6800 or have you got a different receiver?
Is your card still working but hasn't updated or has it stopped working?
Try leaving it overnight, on the required channel, and see if it updates, otherwise you might have to contact your supplier.

Hello, yes I have an official canal+ Sweden subscription card. I got it around a month ago and was using it in the card slot in my TM6800 and it was working fine. It did not receive its monthly update so I tried it overnight in the diablo cam but still nothing. I spoke to the card dealer and he told me that it would only update properly in an official technisat conax cam, so I bought one and put the card in it and three days later still no joy. I called the dealer again and he said he would have to get the card refreshed but he says there is a backlog this time of year. so I cant use the receiver as it has to be left on canal+ First to receive the update and after four days I am still waiting, Im going to call the dealer in the morning as I am loosing patience.

done some looking on google and sounds like you may need offical receiver to get updates as its now paired to the box

maybe wrong let us know what the supplier says ?

that is an expensive card to get in the uk out of interest can you tell me how much you paid and what channels are you getting from the package

Hello I have spoken to the dealer today and he has tried to get the card refreshed five times and it has not worked. So he is sending me a replacement card tomorrow so hopefully that will be it sorted. I get four canal+ sport channels and five movie channels including the HD ones also get discovery history eurosport etc in HD plus alot of local Swedish channels some of which are in HD probably around seventy I think. You get all the Prem games that sly and espn show plus three 3pm sat kick offs plus carling cup. It is expensvie mine cost 800 but I have seen it for sale for much more elsewhere. As for the pairing issue at the moment it does not affect Swedish cards but does affect the others and I think it is only the HD channels which are paired.

out of interest you say you have it in diablo cam

what firmware do you have on it ?

people are reporting better card updates using Horizon 1.01 rather than underworld maybe worth a try

Yes is was running the latest underworld file 182 I think but it never worked in the diablo. I ended up buying a technisat conax cam but the card still did not update, the card dealer tried to refresh the card five times but it did not work. So I have just received my replacement canal+ card at work now but I will try it tonight when I get home. I will post to let you know if it works.
