Pre-set a programme to record

Hi since i last been on here starview has been working great the only problem is i ordered a plug in hd it works records ect but if i press EPG then select a program to record (pressing red rec button to highlight) later on when im not in it simply does nothing, meaning you have to be there physically to press record which pretty much means theres no point having the record option, please help guys.

Yeah mine does this too. I know its a pain in the arse but if you use your epg and select the programme you want to record, make sure it is showing red, then back out onto any channel, press record button on your remote to record what you are watching, wait for it to record for maybe a minute or so, stop it and then your epg recording should work fine whilst you are out. Don't ask me why but it works on mine
