Yes, you can but their isn't any point sniffing MACs anymore because you will just get blank results.

Not true if config name has .cm at end then u can still sniff

well im at my mates house snmiifing on his vista pc but its not working at all ive turned off his antivirus firewall and the windows firewall anything else i need to do

even if i put in a base mac it doesnt scroll like at my place

Is the modem connected to a router? If so, you won't be able to sniff MACs.

im sniffing on vista as i type came up with 20 macs with configs lol
i dont bruteforce find it just the same as forcing

well given up and come back home i tryed on there desktop pc and there laptop even without brutforcing i stuck in a base mac and 2 hoours later all empty im gutted as tryed all ways of getting a mac thru other vaious websites cant believe no one lives in my area and got no where else i can sniff from whats the furthest u can use a mac from
