help needed lost some channels on dbox2

hi,can anyone help me,ive lost sky2 sky 3 sky screen 1+2 and sky arts 1+2 channels on my dbox.running sportser.anyone help me out to get them back on.much appreciated.

Have you tried a rescan, I would save your current services and bouquets though first just in case you need tham.

in my area (huddersfield) some freqs on some channels are changing,,,, ie virmin are moving them about.... now normally one would scan and alls well but for some reason a few boxes ahve been changed/reverted back to kabel deuschland .... so scanning is impossible and a reflash and scan is then needed.
not all boxes have had this kabel reverting thing done just a few so a scan has sorted them out no problems.

ive seen this before and whether virmin have found a way of reverting the boxes or they are just unlucky boxes i dont know.

its just a right pain in the ar*e !!!

any channel loss should be followed by a scan to refresh your dbox2!!

If a box only shows kabel deutcheland in the scan settings then it has gone read only and a reflash is necessary.............nowt to do with vermin !!

Also, boxes that have gone read only can normally only be reflashed using IFA.

quavis im from hudds too, having loadz of problems with some boxs or friends and my own, they need rescanning over and over again and go off again. Have you found a fix? and when i try rescanning sometimes all the chanels go off. I have selecte huddersfield location and the scan has to be a full scan, not a fast scan, fast scan comes with no channels found and as u know full scan takes forever

how long since you flashed them and what images was it?

hey guys first time on here, hoping someone can help, i've lost some channels on my nokia dbox 2, i've tried rescanning but all i get is the epg but screan stays blank. i was hoping there is a quick fix without having to reflash, i'm currently using sportster 1.7

i've lost both sky sports 1 and sky sports news, based in Manchester. Tried every trick in the book scanning wise ucodes, emu etc but they just will not come back, epg is there fine but no channels. Im downloading latest commando 11.3 will flash and report back if it picks up the channels. Cheers
