Default Lost channels can anyone help

Lost some of my channels and tried the suggestion on another thread , but did not work, Please help.

tried going in installation putting a tick next to ones not working , then clicking blue button , but I still get no signal

make sure EMU is turned on by going into Menu - Languages - type in 1968 and enabling it.

" you dont actually see 1968 being entered but just key it in it should fetch up a secret menu"

ok , is that all I do go into lang. and type in 1968, whci I did and then enabled emu. exit , but still not done anything

Which channels are missing and what area are you in?

If in Ireland on N*L they have changed freq 395 to 150 and this has moved a number of channels.
