Hi all was just watchin tv when all of a sudden Rock Fm came on and all my channels have gone.

Nothin in menu or anything everthings gone blanc

any help please?

i have a eurovox max V living in preston (northwest)

anything on thr front of the box

used the channel update and there all back hope they stay. had my box about 6 months never done that before
