Default Eurovox ex1000sl question

Hi there.

I have a eurovox ex1000sl in my bedroom which is where the virgin box was set up, however we now also want a box downstairs and to be able to watch different channels. I know that we need a splitter, but also is there a cable which you can buy which will go from the splitter, probably down through the floor into the downstairs living room. What cable do we need to be able to do this and where can I get one big enough to go that far from upstairs to downstairs

Thanks in advance

Coax cable from any local hardware store mate , b+q , ebay , you will also need plugs for the ends , and plenty of tutorials around regarding fitting the plugs , google "how to fit an f plug" you will need an f plug to connect to splitter , not sure how it connects to eurovox , as i have starviews , good luck

Would an F plug to F plug cable work? or does it have to be a coax cable? Because this would surely be easier than having to fit the f plug myself?
