Has anyone else experienced this problem?

When I do a re-scan (new scan from scratch), I can pick up the ESPN channels, but not Virgin1, however If I restore the previous cdf file containing virgin1,and I try to perform a channel update when virgin1 exists it desn't find ESPN! So fustrating!

Anyone else noticed this and worked out a solution? I find it strange because they are both on differant frequencies
