Modem connects to PC but not xbox
Cable Modems Gotta start somewhere and here's the place to start :)

Modem connects to PC but not xbox
My modem lets me open webpages on my pc but when i reset it and plug it into my xbox direct or through the router it wont connect, anyone know what it could be?

pull the power out of both. plug modem in give it 30 seconds then the router another 30 seconds then the 360__________________

Blacklste nic mac on the xbox and router if the router firmware lets you try changing it I think the same is possible on the xbox but I dont own one so dont know!
