Check that the date/time is set correctly as that can cause this problem

Hi Reeves, if you have to run setup from scratch you may want to try using the new Guide Tool application as posted by Cafe.racer a couple of weeks back:

7MC Guide Tool

Initial version had teething problems, but later versions seem to work well, and make the job of mapping guide data a lot less painless than the previous analogue hack.

thanks will have a look into it

i know how the guide works etc its just a pain as it seems recently the channels are named slightly different to the guide so they dont auto map on nearly all of them

Damn right on that one! The least they could do is get the Sky Movies channels linked up - that would be a quick fix that gets rid of a dozen corrections needed. Still a pain that there are so many mainstream channels without a guide to match to (Sky Screen 2, Watch, Watch+1, etc)

yeah you could understand for the first month or so until the guides get updated but some channels have been broadcasting for ever and still not got a guide hookup
