Default tottenham outplay pool

as a spurs fan, we get the odd win now and again against the big 5, but the display v liverpool was brill, we deserved our win, prob should have won a lot easier, as for pool , looked very week in middle of park without alonso, i agree with papers pool sold any chance they had of winning title

Default Re: tottenham outplay pool

I'm a man utd fan, who appreciates football and loves Arsenal. So i'm not biased at all...

Liverpool just couldn't connect with each other, usually there is always 1 man running around the pitch with some fight but even Gerrard was giving the ball away and had his head down, Liverpool needed more team play and they could of been back in it. Also Liverpool need to stop the independence on Torres, its not good for him or the club, he's an amazing player on and off the ball but needs backup from his team and not to be the only one reliable for putting most the goals in the back of the net, come on Liverpool!

As for Spurs, brilliant, i havn't seen Spurs play with such integrity and skill in a long time, the passing, shots, chances, space, everything was good for Spurs, might be a sneaky little team to watch this season. And i saw the starting bench as well, Crouch, Bentley & Pav!! Thats crazy, i'd be happy with that bench!

Mint game tbh, loved Spurs!
