as i have a laptop and my ex500 needs the firmware update what cable do i need to get to work from laptop to eurovox as i have a 15 pin one end and usb on other but when i plug them in and press the download button it doesnt pick up anything

you need rs232 cable and usb cable for it to conect..like this one

USB to RS232 Serial Null Modem Cable COM DB 9 Pin Lead on eBay (end time 27-Aug-09 06:02:50 BST)
