Thanks got the folder but which file is the firmware for Eurovox Max V. I tried all the file with extention .bin and the software is saying incorrect firmware. Any clues?

are you connecting the box using a usb port on your laptop? If you are, have you installed the drivers for the usb to modem cable? If you havent then do that first, if you have the drivers you need to go into the device manager and change the com port to 1, 2 or 3. Make sure the box is connected to your laptop before doing this. One of these ports may already be in use. I used port 2 on mine and it worked perfectly.
