Default Turning off comentary/talking over programs?

I'm not sure if this is Starview specific, but recently several channels have started to have some annoying commentary talking over the programs (to help blind people?) and it really does our heads in.

Firstly what is this called, and next how to I turn it off?

cheers

Neither nar or eng l/r seem to work.

The other thread mentions a box reset - is that a reboot (power off) a new rescan (after deleteing all chanels) or an actual factory reset of everything?

I don't like resetting things for fear of the damn thing not coming back on again afterwards and being stuck with 5 channels. lol

No, its not a problem, I was joking a little there ..... I do recall the "Great Virgin key change of 2008", and the messing about then.

Cheers, I'll have a go tomorrow ... its not for me I hardly watch the thing, but it will stop my ear ache
