why is it i live in an ex cw area but i did a factory reset and scan on tw and got all channels plus 1 or 2 extra

no idea mate, but i live in an x nthell area and get nowt with that scan. have to use t/pest or xc/w. get 1 or 2 different channels but all main ones are the same...
