Hi All,

I seem to have lost the ESPN channel but still have ESPN Classic and ESPN America.

Anyone else had the same problem?

I am in the South East Virmin area!

I have done a re scan but it does not make any difference! I thought it might have changed frequencies but it appears not!

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Update the channel list by pressing red in the menu and you will get it back.

just noticed that mine has gone as well, that is three times in the past week ESPN has vanished, a quick channel update should do it though!

I have a real odd one on this issue.
I have tried to update a box for a friend. The transponder 227 is there but it will not pick anything at all up on that frequency. But take the box half a mile down the road and plug it in there and it picks ESPN up fine!

Does anyone have any ideas as to why two houses so close together can be so different? Oh, btw, the house that cannot pick up ESPN can pick up EVERYTHING else.

Odd and I'm stumped.

i restored my espn last night by simply updating the channels again. Press menu, then move to installation and fast install enter your pin, probably 0000 or 1234, set your frequency then let it do it's stuff. ESPN is now back on my telly! Seems to happen to ESPN and Disney (for my wee girl) almost every week but the rest of the channels are all fine.

I did 4 or five scans and ESPN stayed blank and then last night I did another as it reappeared!

All ok now!

I have the same problem with 227.00 and so far have not been able to resolve it. I was starting to think that my box had a fault.

Ive been having the same problem... No idea what's causing it, after removing my splitter I can now watch the channel but the signal still reads 8%
