Eurovox double channels

Hi guys sorry if this has been covered before ( I did use the search but couldnt find anything specific?)

Can anyone tell me why my channel list doubles up if I use deep scan ? I delete all the channels first then do a deep scan and I always end up with lots of channels doubled?

errrgggg i had that problem and cant remember how I solved it...

Make your your frequencies are all unique first and then do a channel scan... I'm pretty sure that clears all the old channels out...

its weird once the scan is finished I get about 500 channels on there, so loads of doubles, and the duplicate channels work but have different frequencies than the originals

i had this problem in my birds house... dead easy to fix...

do a factory reset (doesnt reset the firmware so dont worry)
then do a fast scan and you will get your 250-300 normal single channels

Hmmm if your scanning is working properly and detecting all the channels then maybe you can just start a fresh... For the sake of a 15 minute scan it might be easier...

The different frequencies aren't .5 mhz apart are they? So 400 and 400.5?

That would be the box detecting the same channel....
