Frozen picture/ No sound / Distaution ect

STB virgin pace

Sports movies ect all with very bad image, no sound sometimes and constant freezing.

Flick through to other channel half an image is on screen while other is a frozen pic of last channel. been like this for a week, sometimes bad sometimes really good.

is this a trick by virgin
noticed vans by the green box.

If there's a van outside then its likely a problem which they are fixing as other customers may have reported similar issues.
When the van goes see if it works then, if not, post back here.
