Question service scan problems

can anyone help, just tryed to run a scan to pick up new es*n channels. the scan runs for about 10 seconconds and gives me a message saying transponderscan successful. i flick back to the channels and they've all gone.
so i rebot and there all back again. tryed running another scan same result. tryed setting location same result anyone any idea's?

What image are you running on the box? Did you set your location using the blue button then going to Location Scanning (or set location, I can't remember off hand)?

i'm using bade_quad image. i press blue button, set loction bristol tw then try scaning no luck

Try a Brute Force scan.

When you get to the service scan menu, change the cable area to Brute Force. The areas show up as Vermin Media, Chorus, MMDS etc.

back
save settings now
bouquet
cable provider
sections scan
start scan

it won't let me change that option. also where it says cable provider it says cable united kingdom written on to off the word provider if that makes any sense

try useing another location thats close to you in the set location
