Hi Guys, please can you help me ...

I just bought the Eurovox Ex1000sl and received it today. The shop said it "Ships with Kuro free to air software so works straight out of the box" and sells geniue box only. However, all the channels except freeview ones are scrambled. I've tried the 19681968 thing, but it doesn't work.

What should I do?
