HI PLZ HELP. i have a black euro vox 2008 and in wigan last night all my channels went off so i checked the key codes they have NOT changed. all channels are saying SERVCE UNKNOWN iv done a auto scan to see if channels come back but nothing its still saying SERVICE UNKNOWN ON EVERY CHANNEL. iv tryed my cable box and that works just fine so i no its not my cable. all leads are in the right place in the euro vox so why am i not able to get any channels including BBC1, BBC2, ITV, CHAN4, and FIVE.
PLZZZZZZZ HELP ME THANKS FOR YOUR TIME.

P.S 3 YEAR OLD SON MISSING HIS CARTOONS HES VERY

OK, do a fresh installation, go in menu and then clear all data.
then do a power search and they should all come back.
