Hi

Open up box and take the simm out of its slot and give slot and simm a clean and refit, maybe fitting loosely.

If that dont work then could be the atmels need reflowing.

Regards

If you open the box and look towards the front and left of the power supply, you will see two small chips. You need to heat up each leg on the chips using a soldering iron and some flux so that the solder "reflows" and forms a better solder joint to the pads.

Hi

Could be as said above atmels on the main board or the simm, you could do as what blakey has suggested or use a hairdryer and hope you get lucky. If you put in reflowing atmels in the search box should bring up some old posts to give you some more info.

Regards
