Default Problems with Samsung Virgin Media

Hi guys, new to the forum as I have an issue with my Virgin Media box. It takes an age to load up and stops at the point it says "RP:52" on the box. I'm a noob so all basic explanations would be greatly appreciated!

Hi

You need to tell us what box it is but I think that should be AP52 which is either netid or signal issue.

Is your cable live if it is check your connections if everything is sound then you need to check in EM that the netid is correct for your area.

Also nice to introduce yourself in the new members area.

Regards

Read this to change the Net ID: funcard netid tutorial unless you have a V+ then you will have to lift the 512 chip and blank it then use a Funcard or program a dump from your area onto the chip.

Well I have a starview 4 box as well and plugged the virgin box in to watch something on iPlayer but it wouldn't load up, this was a couple nights ago but it is still doing it, it's not like before when the box would quickly load up, i left it for like 10 minutes and it was just stuck on RP:52
