Default dead OSC's??? help!

hey!! a guy that was doing 2 boxs for a friend of mine said that the 2 smartcards wer dead and could not be used.

they are original ntl smartcards but dont think they belong to the boxs they r in now.

is ther no way of modifying the cards so that they can be reused again or are they useless?

wen put into the boxs they allow the box to view all the freeview channels.

Cards can be re-used if they’re not faulty, try reading them in Nagra 4.1, you will need a card reader/ programmer to start with.

Hi

Hmmm that is a good programmer for doing funs and atmegas but for oscs can be a pain as you have to use vcp mode and can give you a lot of probs if you cant get setup right.

I would go for the Infinity Usb Phoenix which will do oscs comfortably as well as funs atmegas and others but would require a serial port as well as a usb on your pc or laptop.

Its better if you have a dedicated serial port but if you havent got one there are ways around it.

Its possible that you would need an unlooper as well.

Regards

Just like Yusuf said I would go Infinity Usb Phoenix, that's the 1 I have never failed me with both card and very easy to use, but if your is locked then you would need to unlock the card in that case you would need to buy unlooper or if that's the only card you are looking to do you can get some1 to unlock it for you m8.
