I have a few questions to ask everyone that may be willing to help...
I have been working on an sb5100 with the latest haxorware installed for 2 days now, I originally thought my problem was the config file name (I used cmreg-mota4100-rts98.cm and cmreg-ntlhm250-rts98.cm). Both worked fine (don't really care about the speed at the minute), the mac worked until yesterday, so I changed it to another and it seemed to work fine... for about 5 minutes I eventually got the dreaded activation page up for every HFC mac I enter into the modem (I assume that this means they're dead macs?). I have tried TFTPing some config files to try and force all of the macs (trust me this was extremely frustrating and time consuming), and all of the results were the same (I used the tftp servers and config file names listed in the sticky at the top of the forum), I got file not found... I sniffed for macs with config file names (dynamic names were all that came up), entered them and forced the file name and nothing, not even the activation page. I had thought that it may be possible to use an old config file and autoserve it, and maybe that would work, but have been unable to source either an old config file (I have a dynamic one here, but it just keeps rebooting the modem) or find a way to use the TFTP Get on Haxorware to retrieve one. My final result... Activation page, and no online access Could anyone help me with trying to get haxorware to get a config file or send me a link to where I could get the old files? Also is it still possible to use them to force a modem to get faster speeds as noted on the Autoserve and old config file thread. And, my final request, do I need to scan for more macs, because of the activation page? I would just like to say, that I am not looking a step by step guide, or spoonfed by any of the other members of the forum, as I have had a lot of previous experience with older modems and other firmwares, it's just that I have little/no knowledge of haxorware. I hope someone is able to help answer my queries, and I would like to thank everyone that contributes for their help in advance

yes mate, I had changed it using SMAC, several times, sorry, i must have forgotten to mention that. I was getting the activate broadband page with that too. SMAC only worked once for me, it got me online for around 5 minutes then havent really gotten it online since.
