My eurovox max v box is the same the clock is an hour slow on mine and all the epg data is an hour behind and mine is set to gmt+0 on the time settings anyone any advice.I tried unplugging it overnight and that didnt work either.

You can either set at GMT +1, Daylight savings OFF or GMT +0 with DS ON - until the clocks change
