i have just tried to update my 7000hd,i plugged in usb then switched on box,it read NOW BOOTING,then when i checked system it said last update was 22-1-09 yet i was using the 12-3-09 update,can anyone advise please

Maybe its flashed but showing wrong date/time? I've read that this has happened to a few users.

You could try flashing again?

When you flashed did it go from 1 to 100%?
Did you rename the file on your USB stick to flash.tbn?

You could try going into the usb menu and selecting the flash.tbn file and then the TBN DOWN option. Am pretty sure thats how I did it.
