Hey guys, had virgin installed today and when the engineer was here interet was working fine with Ethernet.
I come home from work and now carnt Get no net access(posting on iPhone lol) there's no Internet light on the modem but I'm sure everything is plugged in ok! Vista says local connection need desperate help guys thanks btw phone is working :s |

No lights at all on the modem? If so, check the PSU and try another one if you have one. If this fails, ring Virgin and tell them that you think the PSU is faulty. They will probably bring one out to you within a few days.
