Hey guys, had virgin installed today and when the engineer was here interet was working fine with Ethernet.

I come home from work and now carnt Get no net access(posting on iPhone lol)

there's no Internet light on the modem but I'm sure everything is plugged in ok! Vista says local connection

need desperate help guys thanks

btw phone is working :s

what lights do u have on the modem that are lit

Ethernet 1 power light and wireless is flashing now and again

Oh and on settings it says DHCP client connecting...

Oh and I meant router lights

the modem model doesn't have any lights

No lights at all on the modem? If so, check the PSU and try another one if you have one. If this fails, ring Virgin and tell them that you think the PSU is faulty. They will probably bring one out to you within a few days.

As id moved the cabinet back, id slightly pulled out the modem plug.. hadnt noticed..
