hi all i cant work this out so lookin for some help please

i got black cat software 128 wich wont detect my modem wich is sb4100
but if i open jtag utility it dectects it no problem any help please guys to tell me what im doin wrong

ye i got toms utility that works but what im sayin is why wont blackcat work ?

dont think its got what it needs to know what the flash is

there is a plugin i think
