Downloading CDF onto EX7000

Ok.

I have tried several times now to send either all data, channel or just application .tbn files from my box to a usb stick for backing up.

When I put the usb stick in the pc, nothing is on the drive whatsoever, what is the cause of this? Why can't I backup my channel.tbn file or any other for that matter? So infuriating!

Resolved: Instead of using the arrow keys & ok button, if it says blue for yes, press blue, not the ****ing arrow keys and ok button!
