have you checked the signal level in the EM, maybe your signal is low m8.

The signal says low mate but i tried my other box and that works perfectly.

yeah your bro box had already updated but your box needs a good sig to update m8.

So do i need a new box. I tried this problem box down stairs and it still wouldnt update.

I would say so, you`ve tried everything that could have been tried. Looks like tuner is goosed, bad luk.

Yeah just tried it again and signal is weak. How do i access em on the old pace boxes. Do any of you guys know where in Belfast i can get a box.

keep holding the up & down buttons infront of the box above the box display and plug in the power until you see EM on the tv screen.
