Hi i purchased a V box Samsung 2110 around a year ago and it worked perfect until tonight when i tried to change channel. I got a msg saying channel not available please try again later. I switched off the box and back on again and it stuck on Ld 20. It was also stuck on Rp 52 for around 5 minutes before going back to Ld 20. I have another box down stairs and that is working perfect. Please help.

Hi
Ld 20 is a signal issue try connecting it downstairs to see if it boots up and by it sticking on AP52 seems like its lost its netid. Before you take it downstairs check in EM if netid is what it should be for your area. Regards |

Hi
That should be saying AP52, go into EM by pressing up/down buttons as you are powering up till you see ld14 and check your netid is for your area. If not you will have to reset netid. Are you using a fun or mosc and while you are in EM check what firmware you are on.... it should be build version page 20 ahould say something long but should have like 3_6 or 3_7 maybe. Regards |

That's what I got from the Net ID list. It is a Pure Net ID, attach the feed and the box should update itself .
