was changing the volume when all of a sudden the remote wont operate every time a press a button the volume button appears again and it is stuck on the same channel. tried a fresh update with null cable still stuck dont know whats happened is the remote missed up has it just frozen itself or has the remote given way.

would love some advice peeps

Hmm...Has the volume button stayed stuck into the remove?
That could be why its happening.
