i have been gaven a bricked sb5100 all the lights go on when pluged in then all go off i have got a black cat programer. i have tried the roadrunner tutorial but the blackcat program says that ther is no device connected any help please?

well thats cleared that up for me i was getting a bit wearied that i had go the wrong programmer.The programmer is this one Jtag for modifying Ambit Cable Modems on eBay (end time 09-Sep-09 13:00:00 BST) sorry if this brakes any of the forum rules on links

That's the one mate. Although it says Ambit, it will work on Surfboards as well
