eurovox ex 7000 hd + scrambled channels

Hello can sombody help me i have just bought a ex 7000 hd eurovox box and connected it up to the cable with a splitter but i get a list of channels and when i click to watch them it says scrambled channel . what can i do to make this work ? i have never had one of the boxs before and dont know much about them . thanks for your time hope you can help . jimmer

hi, mine arrived today also.

if you d/l the bigmaq toolbar to your browser then in the files and fixes navigate to the correct box and d/l flash_120309.tbn (i think), rename it flash.tbn then save to a usb drive.

put the usb drive into the back of the box, while the power switch on the back is off, then switch it on and it will update the firmware.

then do a power scan.
