One for you techies

Is it possible to access & play with the EPG on a TM6800?

I know the guide is usually sent out by Freesat/Sky but I assume the receiver reads it as some type of file.
Would love to be able to make up my own EPG, so much easier for recording!

No - now & next is the best you will get.

Both Freesat & Sky's epg are not open source.

Understand all above but; what format are EPGs in?
Ther receiver gets info from different sources, is it all in the same format?
Is it stored in the receiver or just transiently like TV/Teletext streams?
