basically i am trying to use the program softjtag and when i go to run it, i get the following message as seen in attached photo.

i am running latest net framework which is 3.5 sp1 on windows xp

any ideas why this message comes up

you may need to get Visual J# from microsoft
and framework 2.0
and make sure your not using the mod version of softJtag
theres 3 versions of softJtag around, one is a bit faulty

also theres 3 version which one do i use,

i am gonna flash an ambit 250

do i use SoftJTAG3_10

or SoftJTAG3_10_BBB_MoD

or SoftJTAG_3.01

SoftJTAG3_10 is the best and most stable mate imo.

the BBBMoD version, i think is faulty, ive never seen it work, and others say it dont work
but you can use whichever of the other 2 you want, i prefer the older one myself, they both do the same job, so its personal preference
