copy and paste the eurovox link into your browser, the file is in the EX1000SL folder UFL_EX1000SL_DarX_01-12-08.zip

thank you both for your help. I downloaded the file but I still get the same problem, it freezes on the system reset box. I shall just have to send it back to the guy i bought it from on ebay and try and get a replacement.
