Default surfboard 5100 stopped working.
hi everyone .hoping to find out how to get this modem back up and running...paid a lot of money for it a while back came to use it after a couple of months to find it was down..looking for help tried to find what soft ware was on it and this is all i could find
Software Version: SB5100-2.3.2.5-SCM01-NOSH
Hardware Version: 1
MIB Version: II
GUI Version: 1.0
VxWorks Version: 5.4
Item Value
Serial Number 118003327101238102020000
HFC MAC Address 00:0A:73:A7:75:62
CPE USB MAC Address 00:0C:E5:EB:23:7D

# Known CPE MAC Address Status
1 00:0A:73:A7:75:62 Self

Edit your post and remove your Mac addresses, they can be used to Identify you!

Please give more details related to the problem, for example, what speed were you getting, what firmware is installed etc etc etc?

hi guys ive got the same problem the firmware on mine is 5100-SIGMA-1.6-RC4 ive reflashed it and i still cant get on the net as i have no default gateway the mac im using is working as ive put the same mac on a sb5101e and its straight on can any 1 help with this cheers all Fred
