Hi,
Switched my box on and no sound?! I have checked the speakers and made sure the box isnt on mute. Any ideas? PS. if i want to do a factory reset what do i choose? 6952 or 6887? What difference does it make? |

Hi and welcome to TechWatch
check that the scart is in the TV socket of the box and AV1 on the TV, make sure its pushed fully in. the symbolrate depends on who your original provider was, you will get no channels if you use the wrong one |
