audio commentries during sky movies

anyone know how to turn off the narration during sky movies?? im using a eurovox pvr ex5000. it does ya nappa in.

hi daveyeff.ive got an ex1000,but with that problem you put it on the problem channel and press the red button on the remote.it brings up 2 options of languages,just select the one that isn't already selected.

just checked i said RED and not GREEN button.glad your sorted.
