Default V+ Box (SA8300) vs Eurovox 7000HD

I have a V+ box but the tuner is faulty so I need to either (1) replace the tuner (2) get a new V+ box or (3) get an alternative.
I want a box that is hd capable and the Eurovox 7000HD is.
So, does anyone have experience of both of these? The Eurovox is going for £190 at lincsats and V+ boxes are available around £200-220 mark, so is either of them better than the other? Or is there something else that is the equivalent/better of these for the same/cheaper price?
Rgds

must be new my friend as the v plus is always the better box, not only has the hard drive inside it, you can record 2 and watch one as well as the virgin menus

the vox has no hard drive inside it? you have to link a usb one to it. Of course a diff kind of menu systerm

The vox is a pvr system and odes have an internal hd, you can't record while watching another program as it has one tuner and not 3 like the V+ box but it can record to it's 120gb hd. I have never needed to record programs (don't have a vcr or anything) so a box with one tuner would be ok but the ability to record is a preference, just incase.
