hi i have a sb5101e that blackcat wont detect nor toms jtag

this is the version thats on it

Software Version: SB5101E-2.7.2.0-GA-00-NOSH
Hardware Version: 1
MIB Version: II
GUI Version: 1.0

but what ive been told is that the modem was workin for about 8 months so is there away i can put a mac into it

plz help

Is this the first modem you have had difficulty with ? Have you checked your LPT port properties within the bios , have you tried turning the jtag round?

Have you tried the lead on another modem,it is possible you just bought a faulty lead.
