Hi,

My name is Charles but have adapted the nick name of Chaz because of my dad's love of Chas and Dave but oh well.
I manage a wine bar in Oswaldtwistle near Blackburn and am starting uni in a few weeks doing a degree in new media design and technology!

Anyway, we have recently had a 'dodgy box' installed so want to learn how to maintain it and get the best from it. Plus, all this stuff is very interesting and it can't do me any harm to learn a few things.

I were aiming for succinct but that obviously didn't work out.
