Question Advice on buying a new PAYG phone

Hi guys! I just got offered a sim only upgrade from o2. The deal offered involves unlimited use of the internet. I thought I'd give my brother the use of the contract but now he needs a phone. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone could please recommend a good phone for him which will maximise his internet phone browsing experience and if anyone could recommend any good deals they've come across? I'm not looking to spend ridiculous money - probably a maximum of around £150. Thanks in advance guys!

Theres a simple answer but not within your budget , Get an iphone , Try and squeeze a iphone upgrade out of them , they got plenty of 3G handsets surplus to requirements as everyone is opting for 3GS.

Yeah, I was thinking the exact same mate...I think it's the best phone for what I'm looking for but I think its a bit too pricey. o2 won't budge on the phone because of the deal they're giving me.
