I have an old "NLT" box, which I have cut the talk back (inside the tuner thing) It has with it the original card, and i also have a fun card.
What is the best way to make this thing fly? the box is a DiTV-2000 and the card is Green & white and has a large B on the back. Do i need box keys and unloopers etc.. or can i just program up the funcard with something? Any pointers gratefully accepted, apologies if i'm treading old ground F5b

Hi
For this box the 2000 you need the box details off the original paired card which you say you have. You need at the very least a programmer to try and read the original card with nagra and write back to cards, but most likely the card is locked and will need unlooping so you wil need an unlooper as well. Wether you think its worth investing in a looper for just the one card is for you to decide or if you know someone who can unloop it for you and get the details then you can use your proggy to reprogram the original card to make up a "mosc" or just as a starter make up the fun and once everything is working sweet progress to making the mosc. Do not put this on stream to try out before you have got te details from the card as the card could get hit with a "deac" hit and then you wont have the details from the card. You will then have to lift the atmels or try the voltmeter method which is not easy or for the novice and really would not be worth the effort for you. Regards |
