I have lost Espn, sky sports news, sky screen 1 and 2 and many other varied channels, tried power scans and channel updates but nothing works, any ideas what i can do?

I have exactly the same problem as Stebee. How do I do a factory reset mate and will the box need flashing again? I had a nightmare doing this the 1st time.

a factory reset clears out all channels good and bad and puts settings back to the factory default. It will not do anything to the firmware so it will not need reflashing

to do a reset Menu/config/clear data
